Can I pledge $1 now and pay the rest later in the pledge manager?
Yes. After the campaign has ended, the pledge manager will go live. As long as you pledged at least $1 during the campaign, you will be able to add more funds even after the campaign has ended to get all additional rewards you would like.

Can I get multiple rewards if I pledge more?
Yes, by pledging an additional amount equal to the $45 pledge level you will receive another copy of the rewards associated with that level.

How do I buy the optional buys?
- Go to “Manage your Pledge”.
- Click on “Change your Pledge”.
- Confirm your Pledge Level (or adjust to a different pledge) and the amount you pledged.
- You will be directed to the “Confirm Rewards” page. There, you will be able to select the available Optional Buys as well as any additional value you’d like to add to your pledge.
- Click on “Continue” at the bottom of the page.
After the campaign ends and the Pledge Manager goes live, your chosen Optional Buys will already be selected. You will be able to edit your pledge there. Please note that you will need to have a base pledge to be able to select Optional Buys.

Is VAT included?
Unfortunately, as VAT is different in each country, we will have to manage it after the end of the campaign via the pledge manager.

Can I pledge for additional copies of the box/rewards/add-ons?
Yes, you can manually add the cost for another reward to your current pledge, or you can simply add additional items in the pledge manager after the campaign. The final amount pledged will then depend on which items you chose as well as the number of items selected.

When do I pay for shipping?
We will be charging for shipping via our Pledge Manager. The Pledge Manager is live for one month after the campaign ends. We will notify you when you can access it.

When will the products be shipped to me?
The estimated delivery date for the products is January/February 2023, but keep in mind that this is only an estimate. Also, due to the logistics of international shipping, backers in different regions of the world may receive their items sooner than others. There are some vagaries in terms of timing when it comes to anything produced these days. Thank you for your understanding.

Why can't you ship to my country?
We are only able to ship to the countries listed in the shipping section. As much as we would love to bring the products to the entire world, that is not an option for us at the time. This may be due to the lack of fulfillment partners for the given region or other restrictions beyond our control. If it turns out that we can add additional regions or countries to the shipping list before the end of the campaign, we will announce it in the updates section. Thank you for understanding!

Why are Kickstarter Exclusive Items more expensive?
There are several factors as to why Kickstarter Exclusive items are more expensive. In some cases, such as the Academic, different materials are being used for some components of the box, and these materials cost more to produce than the non-exclusive boxes. For other items, it is simply a result of ordering a lower volume. To order 10,000 of a unit, for example, is significantly cheaper PER UNIT than to order only 500. Thus, some items being offered in different colors but in lower quantities have had to have a price increase. As with all of this Kickstarter, we tried very hard behind the scenes to offer the absolute best quality at the most consumer friendly prices, but because of the reasons listed, Kickstarter Exclusive items did end up with a slightly higher price.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
